2. The software should then begin to download onto your computer. As the download occurs, a progress bar will show to indicate how far along the process is. The [Open] button will be gray while the software is being downloaded to your computer. If the dialog remains and the [Open] button is no longer gray, you can press the [Open] button for the next step. Most of the time, this will be done for you automatically.
